“This place is awesome, management is great although it's been shaky in the past. But John (a new manager) really cares not only about the employees but the animals. They're giving the animals way more space than before and putting them in beautiful tanks too. Shelly is the franchise owner and she's pretty great too, old school in both reward and discipline. Lori (daughter of the founder although she likes to take the credit), sucks pretty bad, daddy money got the best of her unfortunately. But the workers and great and hard working, managers are pretty much all great and super friendly and knowledgeable as well. They get some really exotic stuff too so make sure to stop by! (Former employee and frequent visitor.)”

“I had a dog that was very matted. I was told by another reputable groomer that she had to be totally shaved. I remembered Precious Paws helping me a few years ago with a different cocker spaniel that way matted. So I called them and they agreed to take a look. They said they could save her fur if the dog would put up with being dematted. She did. They did a wonderful job. Highly recommend this groomer!”

“For my pets, we need special food that is high in crude protein and low on fillers. Kroger, Meijer, and other general purpose stores don't carry the food, but this place does. Staff is always very courteous and downright cheerful to help if you have any questions, unlike some stores where you can tell employees' "is there anything I can help you with" is with bated breath that you answer "no". The stock is pretty run-of-the-mill for a pet store, but the employee attitudes are what really make this place remarkable.”
