She is so kind and makes me feel relaxed and welcome from the moment I walk in! She takes her time and is very professional. Her space is very clean. She does have products available for purchase, but she is never pushy, but always willing to answer questions and recommend something that will be beneficial to my skin. I receive compliments on my skin and it is definitely thanks to Rachel for her skin-care tips and encouraging me to drink all the water! She gets 5 stars for sure!”
