Not only did they spend time after closing to fix tire, the owner followed us back to put tire back on with cordless impact wrench so I did not have to use manual lug wrench in cold/dark weather. This experience exceeded expectation with immediate uplift in mood from the bottom. Really appreciate going above and beyond and would not hesitate to use Advance again.”

“I absolutely love this location! They are very accommodating! It doesn’t matter what side of town I move, I will always get my car auto repairs here! Brook is so sweet!! She always make sure I get the most repairs for my 2016 Hyundai Sonata under my budget! Now that’s excellent customer service!!!! They always making sure Im fully satisfied leaving the shop! I never feel cheated leaving, like other auto repair shops! Also the facility is very clean, bathrooms are clean, sitting area is cozy and they always have refreshments ! He asked me if I had been helped already and I told him that I was waiting on my car in the service department. He asked what I was driving and what year it was and how many miles. We got to talking he asked if he could get me the same payment per month and same loan terms would I consider buying a new vehicle. He came through on what he said he would get me. A really personable guy, very friendly and out going. No pressure whatsoever it was a conversation about a car not a sale at all. He went above and beyond to earn my business. Even though I was buying a used vehicle and no one was going to make much off of my purchase, they still went above and beyond. Also got to talk to some trainees, and those in finance and in service. “I was recommended to Bones from another auto body shop to have some rust repaired and they did not disappoint. PROS- -they actually saved me money from what was originally quoted and they were open to me sourcing parts if it was cheaper for me. -the quality of my repair was outstanding. -great communication and easy to deal with them as they're a family owned. -original quote was consistent with other places in area and we reviewed the repair prior to payment. They would have been more than willing to address any and all concerns if there were any. -he also took care of a few minor things that were in vicinity of my repairs for free. CONS -none for me would absolutely use them again Neutral/FYI -I didn't realize until after I was on road that there was remnants/debree from the repair or from something being sanded. Most likely due to my windshield being out and/or other work bring done. Wasn't a mess by any means but enough for me to vacuum and wipe dash/center console down afterwards. Not a big deal, just didn't know to expect this as a byproduct. I know they would have vacuumed it for me if I went back. If it were to a greater degree I would have.”

“I just came in for a slow tire leak and I am leaving as a person who will be giving them repeat business. Walking in I expected to get a sales pitch about needing all new tires. The gentleman behind the counter asked what I thought was wrong and with the information I gave he said they should be able to patch it. He also looked genuinely sorry when he informed me there would be an hour and a half wait. While I waited an elderly woman came in and they actually talked her out of buying new tires!!!! They said hers were fine and she wouldn't need new ones until next year. They also gave her a quote, a reasonable one, so she could prepare for the expense. I was blown away! They had another customer who had ordered their tires on Amazon. Apparently Amazon doesn't put the name on the tire shipments so the gentleman behind the counter asked her to look up the tire size she had ordered so he could search for them in the warehouse. Once again, excellent customer service. Customer number 3, wants new tires that are the same size as the ones on the car. The gentleman behind the counter informs him that the last set that were put on the vehicle weren't the same size it came from the factory with. He said the original ones would be cheaper and the car would ride better. BOOM! They go 3 for 3. I keep saying Gentlemen because that's what they were. Every customer was important and my wait time only ended up being 40 minutes. My tire was patched, balanced, and mounted and I was on my way for $20.”
