After much research on the most efficient way to get rid of them, I found IBBA online and requested more info, the very next morning I was called and an appt was set up. My initial consult with Mike really sealed the deal. He was very knowledgeable of their work and was able to explain what would happen every step of the way, while giving tips and tricks to ensure proper and complete extermination. After my appt was scheduled, Greg came out to do the extermination and was extremely professional and kind. It's been almost a week and I've seen no sign of them. They are worth the price and with the 60 day guarantee, you can't beat it. I am so glad to be rid of these bugs and claiming my house back. From the outside to the inside everything is new paint is fresh floors are beautiful they just didn't patch things up.. there's some real heart soul that went into making this just as beautiful as it was the day it was originally built !!
