“It's been a couple of years now but feel it's still important to share this. My beloved Springer Spaniel (Camry) unexpectedly passed away. I had her cremated there and within a couple of days was notified that she was ready to be picked up. Her remains were in a nice oak box with a name plate with her name & dob & did engraved on it, there also was a bookmark with her name, a poem & small swatch of her hair. As you would expect I was upset when I took her there, i was treated compassionately and professionally. I couldn't have ask for more during this difficult time. What prompted me to write this now is a dear friend of mine is facing the same thing & I strongly recommend Shirley Stout to them.
