I live and work on the Northside, and choose to drive the 25mi and take a day off work to return to the Greenwood service dept rather than have a 2nd experience at the Infiniti shop 1/4 mi from my office location due to a bad first experience there. “I returned to buy my second nearly-new vehicle from these folks - 2019 Fusion. I upgraded from car I purchased from Skillman two years prior. My salesman, Johnny, took really good care of me again and had two cars waiting for me to test drive when I arrived. Stephanie in loan processing was very quick and responsive to my questions and took time over the phone to browse through the internet inventory. Skillman is a trustworthy name in my book and I will continue returning (until I can't drive anymore). The Skillman family has also been very generous in the community with funding school projects and many other worthy causes. The only slight criticism I have is the somewhat aggressive sales pitches from the guy who finalized my loan. He argued with me over my declining to purchase GAP insurance from him, and I was already tired (from long day at work) and just wanting to sign and leave. This will not stop me from returning, but they need to train this individual better of the meaning of "no."”

There is a shuttle service to the mall but I'm not into shopping like that so I waived the option. The service area is clean and comfortable. They also have coffee and cookies! “I drive close to 30 miles even for an oil change! That says it all, doesn't it? Absolutely friendly staff, they get only the necessary work done, great follow up upon completion of the work. I have purchased several Acura vehicles from them and recommend them to my friends. I do not have any thing that I can think of that may be improved! By the way, my visit was just for routine maintenance, but their sales staff is also good, I have known their Sales Manager for years and have recently gotten to know their General Manager too. “This place is amazing! Mr. Ray Skillman put on display his personal collection of cars pretty much every manufacturer. Quality and craftsmanship in these vehicles is second to none. Definitely worth a few hours of your time to stop in and take a look at this place that's absolutely free and gather some knowledge on some of the old classic cars.
