“Ate dinner here tonight and service and food excellent. Seated right away and Immediately had drinks and food was promptly served. Mason was an outstanding waiter. Had 4 for 4 menu special of bacon cheese steak burger , fries, cup of chili and chocolate chip cookie. Husband had triple steak burger , fries, cup chili and chocolate chip cookie. New 4 with 4 is cheaper than fast food combo. Special includes sandwich, fries choice of sides and chocolate chip cookie. Highly recommend this Steak n Shake. Will definitely return for new 4 with 4 special.”

“I have been to this location several times and the experience is usually pretty good. I have had my order messed up a few times, but they will do what they can to fix it. Customer service will always just depend on when you go. Sometimes I get someone that goes above and beyond, but other time the service is way less then stellar.”

“My wife and I have been going here for Christmas Eve, just the two of us. The food is always awesome. The lamb was cooked perfectly. We often split a bottle of wine and it always seems to be 1/2 off, a nice surprise. Every server and bartender we encountered was extremely friendly. Our server was pleasant. They were packed, which is why I didn't mind that it took a little longer than expected to get the entrees. My wife loves the champagne vinaigrette. They always refill your water without prompt. We aren't dessert people, but I heard others saying it was delicious. We intend to come back every Christmas eve.”
