“This is the best gym available in greenwood for the price for the one looking for free weights training. There's racquetball, indoor soccer and basketball too. Also self defense classes for kids I guess. I love it...the people are great and super friendly. You have classes you can opt for too which look great. They have clean lockers and showers. It's incredible what they offer for the month to month price.”

“We have be a part of this wonderful place for about a year and half now. Great place for kids to learn and grow. I have seen a highly satisfactory growth in my child's karate journey through Shodan. The instructors here has an unique way of approaching the kids and encouraging them to better themselves each time they are in class. Sensei Richardo is generous to talk to my child not only regarding Karate even to empower him to be confident in school as well. The instructors listen to any concern I had as a parent and are ready to address it right away. Every class end with instructors asking kids to thank the parents for their contributions, I have never seen that anywhere else. They just don't learn Karate, they will learn a lifestyle here. Regarding Office administrator, that's an office you can walk into with no formalities. Michelle is up and running to fix things for you. And typically replies to email within minutes. Any information is passed on well ahead of time and remainders are send as well.”
