Reichert & Knepp 24 Hour Towing & Road Service Warsaw Indiana

I called Reichert & Knepp when my car broke down. Even though it was the middle of the night, Rob responded within minutes. He was friendly and professional. Would definitely use them again!

I called R&K to pull my rv out of the mud. I got it stuck at the edge of my property, next to a field, weather changed fast, and I made a bad call.
These guys were out here within the hour. Very respectful, kept me in the loop with what we were doing, and we had it out in minutes. (They have a big truck).
The reason I'm taking the time to write the review. Is bc I asked them to pull me to the edge of the yard and leave me there, (thinking I can make the last 5' to the road in the rv when time comes) but they waited around while I sat my leveling blocks out and tried to drive up onto them. Thank god they waited.
Turns out that wasn't gona work either. So they hooked me back up and pulled me to the street.
Thank you very much for not driving off, even after the job was done. But waiting the extra 15 min for me to get myself stuck again. I appreciate it. And I've learned a lot about the limits of my rv in the process. Highly recommend!

Tyler and team were responsive, reasonable and professional with helping us tow our Kenworth work truck. Highly recommend and we will be using them again.

Brent from Warsaw was super nice. Dude came out and picked up my truck within 15-20 minutes. Pretty pleasant chat on the way to where my truck was going. Told me a lot about how the Towing industry runs and operates!
