“Greatest place in the world. The AC went out in our class b RV. Blew air but hot air. It's a 2021 so I didn't expect problems. I had called around at our location but everyone was booked. When we got to our next stop, I called Lehman's RV Repair, recommended by the RV park, he wasn't available but called me back and said I could come by his place, which we did. He checked everything and said it looked like a bad compressor. He recommended Glenn at National RV Refrigeration. Gave me their number and said he would call them too. They were closed but called me early the next morning. Took it by in the morning, in fifteen minutes checked and confirmed a bad compressor. He had a scratch and dent unit and a new one in stock. I went for the cheaper one and 30 minutes later we were back on the road. We were only there for a little over an hour. After 2 nights of no air, my wife and our dog, we were very very happy. The price was very good and the service was awesome. A trip in a motorhome without air is horrible. To find people that help make it better is incredible. Thank you Marlin for sending me to Glenn. I write this in our air conditioned motorhome.”

“My son flipped his car on I80/I90 this morning while on a cross country trip. Luckily, he was not hurt, and the car was driveable after it was rolled back up, but the drivers door mirror was smashed off. This happened around 9AM CST. From 500 miles away, I contacted B&S since they were closest to where he wrecked. They checked their yard, found a mirror that fit, and installed it. I had the option to pay over the phone, but my son took care of it himself since the price was so fair and affordable. They were honest, excellent, professional, fast, and really, just reassuring and wonderful. They had that mirror installed in a half hour and the complete job was so much less than I expected. An interstate rollover ended up being remedied to the point that he is back on the road after only a few hours, B&S being only about less than a half hour of that delay. They were great. I am thankful that I called them first. Ella handled the entire exchange. I would recommend this place to anyone. I don't often find people like this.”

I made an appointment a couple weeks in advance and Al took the time to figure out what needed to be done and made time to do it. The work he did was incredible. He fixed a number of water leaks in my coach, resealed the roof, reglued The vinyl on my ceiling and repaired a broken cabinet. Al is certainly the most competent RV craftsman that I've ever met. I will drive back to Shipshewana, Indiana again to have Al work on my coach.”

“I had a tire on the camper that kept going down slowly. When we got up the first morning it was flat so I asked the lady at the campground where to take it and she gave me a card and said that's who we use. When I arrived the young lady at the desk was not very friendly at all. I took the tire back to a young man who was great. It took him less than 10 minutes to get it repaired. Nothing in the tire just a leaking valve stem. I thanked him and went up to pay. $25.00 for 10 minutes and a valve stem. A little pricey for me but it was fixed. Still holding air.”
