People tend to drive very fast through our subdivision and there are lots of kids, so for a whole afternoon, not one but two officers came and sat in different culdesacs within the subdivision to help correct the problem. It really helped and the residents with kids really appreciated it. Another time, someone in our neighborhood witnessed someone trying to get into cars. CLPD increased patrols in our subdivision. Our subdivision's Facebook page has shown considerable positive feedback about their commitment to keeping the residents in our subdivision safe.”
