“We're planning a bathroom remodel. We walked in, looking for some ideas and the owner, Max, gave us so much help it was amazing. Prices seem good. He's a young guy that has his own business, a "mom and pop" place. We didn't know that they not only sold the materials, but they also do the work. We're having Max come out for an estimate next week. Give them a visit. We've dealt with the custom supply places, Leep's, and Lee's, and they were knowledgeable but very high.”

“Always delicious! I enjoy Culver's every time I visit. Nice variety of delicious choices. Crispy fries with REAL cheese cups available. Leave room for Frozen Custard! TONS OF FLAVORS. They are somewhat higher priced, but the quality is way better than most fast food burger places, we usually dine for $20. Even though Culver's is busy they are always courteous and try and get you served in a timely manner.”

“I had an outstanding customer service experience yesterday with Zachary and Rachel. I had been on the phone back and forth for a week with the AT&T Call Centers attempting to transfer billing and responsibility from another AT&T account to a current AT&T account. The Call Center Experience was horrific and I was disconnected multiple times, the representative would not transfer me to a manager after multiple requests , I was lied to by multiple call centers reps and the list goes on. After realizing that the transfer of billing was not going to go as stated multiple times by AT&T call center reps. We made the decision to drop the existing line from one account and add a new line and number to separate AT&T account. We arrived at this location and Zachary and Rachel listened to us with empathy and sincere concern. Before walking in I was through with AT&T however Zach and Rachel's customer service skills changed my mind. Both Zach and Rachel exemplify in action what customer service is. Both should win employee of the year.”

He catches things and assists me in the most cost-effect way to remedy the situation - He doesn't cut corners on repair, just on the best way and time to do them. Now that I have a history with them I receive notices that are spot-on reminders of what is needed next. He did a great find of a foreign object in my tire and spared me a flat tire when I may have been driving. Great service and I've never had to return for him to fix it twice for the same problem. Sign up for the rewards program and receive discounts on many items on a weekly basis. They sometimes they have kittens for sale there, so it's kind of like a little bonus to play with the kittens while you're picking up supplies for your pet at home.
