“I had an outstanding customer service experience yesterday with Zachary and Rachel. I had been on the phone back and forth for a week with the AT&T Call Centers attempting to transfer billing and responsibility from another AT&T account to a current AT&T account. The Call Center Experience was horrific and I was disconnected multiple times, the representative would not transfer me to a manager after multiple requests , I was lied to by multiple call centers reps and the list goes on. After realizing that the transfer of billing was not going to go as stated multiple times by AT&T call center reps. We made the decision to drop the existing line from one account and add a new line and number to separate AT&T account. We arrived at this location and Zachary and Rachel listened to us with empathy and sincere concern. Before walking in I was through with AT&T however Zach and Rachel's customer service skills changed my mind. Both Zach and Rachel exemplify in action what customer service is. Both should win employee of the year.”

He catches things and assists me in the most cost-effect way to remedy the situation - He doesn't cut corners on repair, just on the best way and time to do them. Now that I have a history with them I receive notices that are spot-on reminders of what is needed next. He did a great find of a foreign object in my tire and spared me a flat tire when I may have been driving. Great service and I've never had to return for him to fix it twice for the same problem. All my friends should be taking their cars to Tolley, too!”

Breakfast is served from open to close, everything is fresh and delicious. Portions are ample and the Lemon Rice & Potato Soup are homemade and do not disappoint!! Be sure to try the all you can eat ribs on Thursdays and the all you can eat fish special on Fridays. In the 5 years we have eaten there we have never had a bad meal!”
