“Had a great customer service experience with Patrick and Neal. Both are friendly and do a good job at what they do. The facility is well maintained, clutter-free, and organized. The storage area is well lit and clean. Prices are very reasonable and they are upfront with no hidden fees. I am looking forward to a great stay at Public Storage. UPDATE on 9-26-2918 I am still pleased with the service and the facility. BUT I have been a very faithful and loyal customer and they are treating me so bad. I have had the same unit for 3-4 years now. I stared out paying a very reasonable fee. After a year or so the price increased. The fee keeps increasing and I’m almost at $100/mo. Same small space, no changes, pay on time 99.9% of the time, no improvements, no specials, no discounts, and the fee keeps getting higher and higher. I will be looking for a new space for my small amount of precious items very soon. Been with them to long to be treated this way. So if you need a nice clean spot for storage, I still recommend Public Storage, but don’t stay long...they don’t appreciate long-term customers.”

“Great place for breakfast. My first time there this morning with my family it was great !!!!! A woman named Redd was my waiter and she was amazing and so helpful. My kids enjoyed her talking to them and she understood them. Now that's great customer service and experience. Next time we're in town, we're DEFINITELY going back. Keep up the good work guys !!!”

“This is the best old time pottery. This location has by far the best selection of the old time pottery locations in the Illinois Indiana locations. They have great deals. You never know what you will find here. But you know it is gonna be a great deal. I highly recommend stopping here.”
