“We went to BJ's to celebrate my son's birthday since that's what he wanted. We were seated very quickly, and our server Jessica was quick to come and attend us. She took our order and made some suggestions. She brought out our drinks and appetizers and kept coming back when our drinks were low. SHE IS A GREAT SERVER. We never had to ask for a refill for our drinks. Talk about being very attentive. We didn't have any problems with our order, everything was great. Food had great flavor, and the price is reasonable for the amount of food that you're served. The restaurant is very clean and the staff is very friendly. The burger shown in the picture is so thick that i couldn't finish it, but it was so good. I recommend it as well as the garlic parmesan chicken and the chicken sandwich. If you haven't been there or you're planning on going, think no more, just go cause you won't regret it. You will not be disappointed and dont forget about the dessert. If you order the "Pizookie" but you feel stuffed, just share cause it's a lot. We'll be there again soon, and hopefully, we'll get the same server.”

Came today (03/24/2023) & the whole restaurant has improved. Shorter male w/ the locs working the register was very polite and constantly apologized/kept me updated with my order. “We purchased in August and did not like the mattress after a couple months of sleeping on it (it was too soft and was dipping) I filled out the mattress return form on the website and NANCY called me back and was amazing- she was kind, understanding, patient and extremely knowledgeable. She suggested different mattresses to lay on at the nearby store. The patience she had with all my questions and concerns was by far the best customer service I have ever received!
