“Wonderful service from Royalty Air Duct and Carpet Cleaning today! Josh and Jeff were so professional, polite and kind. Before entering the home Josh and Jeff put on footies to make sure not track anything into my home. They put a sheet down to protect the floor and also wall corner protectors. Everything was throughly explained to me about the service they were going to provide for me before starting. They answered all my questions and also showed me photos and videos of before and after the duct cleaning. I am beyond happy with their service. “I had a real good experience buying my XJ at Napleton! I checked their inventory on-line and they had the car i wanted. When I called I was directed to a random sales guy named Brandon. I live an hour and twenty minutes from the dealership so i was a little hesitant making the trip to see the car. After talking to the sales guy I felt he was being straight forward on the phone so I made the trip. I had done my homework and I knew what i wanted for my trade-in and I knew what i wanted to pay for the new car. When i got there the car was clean, drove great so we cut the deal and i bought the car. What sold me on the dealership is what happened next! While driving to work the next day i realized that the Blind Spot Indicators weren't working properly. I called my sales guy that morning, he had someone from the service department meet me with a loaner car, they fixed the problem and delivered my car back to me the next day! In my mind that's the sign of a great dealership! They could have easily said "drop the car off and we will take care of it", but they knew i lived far away and they made it convenient for me, not them! I was very impressed!”

“Went in for the basic wash and an interior cleaning. The service was outstanding. Bryan and Mya did such an amazing job with the interior. I just got the 10 minute cleaning and it looked brand new. “Very very happy with my purchase and customer service!!! I drove all the way from Schaumburg IL to get the car I wanted! Addison was very nice! He kept in touch for a few days before I finally went to take a look at the car. He also sent me a video and history of the car as well. Very very nice and polite! All of them were! They actually had to stay over an hour after closing the dealer just to make my day the most amazing! Friendly, easy going and beautiful atmosphere!
