I am genuinely grateful for the cost-effective services, outstanding customer service, and dedication demonstrated by the entire Premier Team led by Ron. Each step of the process held the same high level of service from Amy and Cathy in the Office to Josh and Cooper on the installation of the Windows. I had several Window Companies come by to present their product and pricing for their services. After each visit, I would then contact Better Business Breau and Google to review each company to see their BBB or Goggle Rating and any comments from previous customers. I also reviewed Consumer Reports where Premier Windows was one of the companies listed that carried the Preservation Window Series with an overall replacement window score of (93). I was impressed from the introduction meeting to the finalization of the contract. While reviewing several companies, in comparison Premier Windows stood above the rest. I learned a lot when shopping for Replacement Windows and involved time, patience, and the willingness to do the research. Each sales presentation equipped me to know the various features of a great window and what would be a great price for replacement windows. “Nice Italian deli with basic fresh options and lots of shelf and frozen options that are either imported or made from scratch. We bought items to make a sandwich and took it home and ate it right away. DO NOT PASS UP THE TOMATO FOCACCIA. It reminded me of some the excellent sandwiches I would get in Chicago. We will definitely buy one every single time we stop in. I was tempted to try one of their fresh desserts but at $5 each I couldn't pull the trigger. (Maybe I'm just ignorant to the going rate as I rarely buy fresh to go desserts.) But I'm sure they would have been delicious as they looked it! Owner (I'm assuming, or manager but definitely got the owner vibe) was super kind. We definitely come back to local places that treat you like family!”

“I recently went in to have my Lux application done on my new Mercedes. Every time that I go to Napleton, they are SO helpful. I pulled up in front and was looking at my phone. I was aware that someone had pulled up next to me and gone inside. It was Pete Fonfara. He came back out and started backing out. Then, he pulled back in next to me and got my attention. Pete asked if I was there for service and I said yes. He said follow me! So I drove around to where he took me and pulled in. Pete took me in and handed me over to Brandon Lopez. I had an important appointment that I had to attend, so I needed to have a vehicle. To say that they are stretched on availability of loaner and courtesy cars is an understatement. However, Roger Buss, Tony Turco and Brandon Lopez totally went out of their way to ensure I had a way to get to my appointment. I just cannot say enough about how great this group is!
