“I drove from Franklin, it was about a 20 minute drive or so... when I first went in, I was hit with a very pungent smell that I did not like. It's like when you first walk into an Indian restaurant, and the odors hit you, but after the initial smell you aren't bothered by it anymore... it's just like that. Walking in, the smell was heavy and strong, but after about 5 minutes I no longer was bothered by it. They have a lot of dried and frozen stuff, and they have a fresh seafood and meat section too, as well as a food court area. It's not like the big Asian markets in NYC, but for a state like Indiana, it's actually not bad. They even had sea snails, which I was not expecting. The produce section was lacking though.”

Be advised there is a high demand for their products and sales do go fast so if you’re on the edge about purchasing just know that whatever it is you’re looking at may or may not be available the following day. Given that it’s all quality furniture/items that could otherwise be purchased at retail cost, these guys are saving you a ton! I have read some back lash about this business and all I have to say is do not be afraid to make a purchase cause two or three customers had a bad experience. From all the listings I looked at they give you all the information you need. As long as you pay attention and follow directions you will be saving some money on the things you need. Also from what I have seen, typically if there is a notable defect they will have an image of the defect within their listing photos on their website. Their extremely reasonable pricing is at the bottom of the list of what made them so easy to work with. I was alone in planning the memorial and Raenada Miller never once made me feel like I was a bother with my MILLION questions. They never once made me feel like I was alone in this. They encouraged me when I was overwhelmed and every single detail was professional while still being sympathetic and committed to my mother’s memory. The facility is classy and they did a wonderful job in arranging my mother’s memorial area. Everyone who attended really appreciated the attention that was given to our family and friends as well as the privacy to grieve and visit. Their accommodations for COVID were adequate and non-intrusive. I pray no one needs them, but if you do, I encourage you to choose Simplicity to handle your loved one’s services.”

“Crestwood Village South is a great place for loved ones to live at. The staff is wonderful and caring. In the Assisted Living they keep residents engaged in fun activities. Activities throughout the whole campus are full of life and very entertaining. The dining room is very inviting and great food.
