I had to wait a few weeks for the appointment (because it was during the holidays and I didn't purchase the fireplace from Godby), but it was well worth the wait. Rick was punctual, professional and did a fantastic job of servicing my fireplace. It turned out that no parts had to be replaced, and my bill was a whopping $185. - a far cry from the $1300 the other company had quoted. Now my fireplace looks and works great!
