The pharmacists have gone above and beyond to find solutions for me, they catch mistakes (inaccurate labeling of ingredients for example) before they even fill a script, they are sympathetic and kind, and will always take the time to answer my questions and educate me about my medications, no matter how hectic it is. The technicians are also great- they are personable, kind, and you can just tell this is a place that is service-minded.”

“I had a injection in my back for a sciatica. On the third day I woke to inclediable pain. Called to ask for pills just for the weekend. I planned to do extremely low activity for the 5 days after this procedure. I'm amazed just learning that they did not offer a prescription, only because I expected that once it was done, over the counter medications, would be enough. I was very ignorant going into this procedure. The bright side oh my story is that the staff made me very comfortable at the time. Please forgive me if this is punctuated or written poorly I just wanted to get this info out there if you're going to have a procedure regarding a shot into your sciatica please ask your doctor for a pain prescription after the fact because you will need it an over the counter medication might make a difference but a prescription painkiller would definitely help. AOG Group representative, and my Agent, Elizabeth Gubbins was extremely helpful in assisting me while I was making the decision to change. Elizabeth was available to answer any questions I had and was extremely patient as I navigated making the change. Allstate has a lot of coverage options and Elizabeth took the time to explain anything I needed help with, as well as taking the time to explain the advantages of having various coverages which I was not familiar with, as they were not available (or not presented to me) with the previous company. The price of the coverage was better than my previous company, and was competitive with other “popular” commercialized insurance companies. Even if the cost is more than other companies, I would strongly encourage someone to seriously consider the AOG Group, as the individual attention received from your personal agent is worth the expense, in my experience.”
