“Swan lake was a great venue for my little sister’s wedding, but that’s not why I’m giving them 5 stars. There is a woman named Karen who I believe is cleaning staff. She was absolutely phenomenal and professional in dealing with some mishaps in the night, and is probably the reason we would recommend this place to others in the future. I believe she should have a raise.”
