“The Maxwell house is a converted home, so keep that in mind. It and it's staff are volunteered but they do all they can to aid in access. Go early as the only parking space is used for pick up/drop off. Park on the neighboring streets, not the facing apartment complex. Ask if you have any doubts. Check class schedule. I have heard good things about the yoga classes but have not yet had a chance to attend. The classes I have attended were well worth the effort and I go whenever I can. The center is a gem in an area where Shambhala offerings are very rare.”
