“I called here on Friday afternoon looking for some help with my brakes. I spoke to Jim who said they would be able to do it the following day and just bring it up. They also offered a ride home if you didn't have a way. I thought that was a nice touch. When I spoke to him the other day he gave me an estimate on the work (a very reasonable price) and after dropping it off and him looking at it the rate was just as he expected and I added an oil change. My tires were low I had been planning on going to the gas station after but they were filling my tires as I pulled up. This is a family run business I met both the father and son, both friendly and kind. I live in Chicago, but I'll definitely be back for anything else I should need! Thank you!”

“Many people forget the Bureau of old that was controlled by the political parties. Extremely inefficient, rude, incompetent, entitled lazy people ran it. Not every person, but was the culture. Gov Daniels initiated and pushed to get the politics out of the Bureau. They worked hard to change and succeeded pretty much statewide. I was inconvenienced by not having an odometer reading on a title, wouldn't accept my word on the reading. My fault, not theirs. Those that say employees are rude want special, rule bending, treatment, which they can't and shouldn't do. When my charm didn't work I went back after getting my records straight. Took 10 minutes. Best State agency there is, hands down.”
