Not following the IEP the principal felt a moral obligation to let us know what the school is doing is illegal!!!!! “This is in response to Jason Rines. G&L was following our company guidelines, which is to confirm a diagnosis before repairing. A company can provide an estimate based on a hypothetical diagnosis but with water on top of the water heater, a company would need to verify it is the water heater that is the issue and not the connecting plumbing. It is wholly unfair to blast G&L when they were being responsible and professional. Mr. Rines had already uninstalled the unit rendering a diagnosis impossible.
