In both instances, I called around to several places literally just to speak to someone. Hines Plumbing was the ONLY place to answer or call me back in both instances. Hines Plumbing was prompt and came and fixed both our issues very quickly. For our hot water heater, the phone call was placed at 0730AM and by 1230PM, it was fixed, no issues, no worries. Jack performed the work on our house both times. Hines Plumbing is a very professional and courteous organization. They perform quality and reliable work. Going forward, if we should have any other plumbing needs, I'm not even going to bother calling anyone else. “Absolutely fabulous. Those HGTV shows had me worried about hiring a contractor and remodeling my house and Ed and the team seriously made it a breeze! We had a pretty decent sized leak from our 1950s bathroom (only bathroom) and Ed came out the next day and gave us a quote. Incredibly reasonable price. They came in, fixed the leak and made our bathroom dreams come true for our little family starter home. Absolutely gorgeous! We were so happy with the bathroom that months later we asked him to quote finishing our daughter's room, lay engineered hardwood floors through the living room and all the bedrooms, new trim, doors, paint ceilings and fixtures as well as remove these hideous non-functional thermostats from when the house was originally built but no one ever removed. It turned out GORGEOUS! We are over the moon happy with the finished project. Ed, Chase, Eric & Mellow are 100% the guys you want to be doing your next house project. They have significantly improved the quality of life for my family and for that, we are forever grateful! Class acts. True professionals. Clean-as-they-go guys (hardly any dust!) “This is in response to Jason Rines. G&L was following our company guidelines, which is to confirm a diagnosis before repairing. A company can provide an estimate based on a hypothetical diagnosis but with water on top of the water heater, a company would need to verify it is the water heater that is the issue and not the connecting plumbing. It is wholly unfair to blast G&L when they were being responsible and professional. Mr. Rines had already uninstalled the unit rendering a diagnosis impossible. G&L is a wonderful company who works diligently on behalf of their clients (and our clients) and should absolutely be at the top of anyone's list for excellent plumbing work at reasonable prices.
