“I would like to visit again during the summer months. Everything closes after Labor Day. The train tracks were not bad. We brought a fan and had the air conditioner on so we didn't notice it. The staff are very friendly. The cabins are cozy!”

“Beautiful beach and national park! Great hiking trails. Wonderful scenery and wild life too! During summer months there's a charge for parking (maybe 5-6 dollars). The beach is clean. On a really clear day you can see the Chicago skyline too! Husband took me to this beach and I've been hooked ever since! It is such a beautiful and peaceful place!”
