“I recently bought a truck from Tipton Auto Sales and couldn't be happier with the service I received. I worked mostly with Kurtis, who is just now learning the ropes. Greg, Kurtis' boss, helped him out when he needed it, but you can tell that Kurtis will be very good in this job. The gentlemen were polite but never pushy. They went over a CarFax report with me to explain what each of the entries meant and then gave me a copy for my files. My wife arrived about ten minutes after I got there, and they treated her with appropriate manners and respect. For me, how a "car guy" treats a woman he doesn't know can tell you a lot about him. Like I said, they were respectful, but beyond that, neither of them talked "down" to her, never assuming that she didn't know anything about trucks or cars in general. They also treated us as equals by not jumping to the conclusion that since I was the man that I was solely responsible for negotiating a deal (which would have been a HUGE error anyway!). Personal and professional; interested in selling you a truck, of course, but not willing to intimidate to do so--that's how I would describe Tipton Auto Sales. Thanks guys. As an aside, I also think it's great that someone established in the business, like Greg (sorry I don't remember his last name) is willing to take an inexperienced young man under his wing so that he can learn a trade!
