“Gate personnel are always friendly and helpful with information needed! The maintenance people are doing an amazing job getting set up for season, clearing the grounds, and stocking the firewood. Thankful to interact with such professional staff before season. Will be glad to return for more camping adventures once it's warmer, and get to enjoy the beautiful lake! Swimming area is clearly outlined, as well as their posted rules for doing so! Park is small child friendly for those with little bittys, and is located close to a restroom for use during season! Public picnic area with multiple sites of tables, grills, and trash cans located close to the lake for accessibility to all lake goers. Dumpster provided for trash - not for leftovers from hunting and fishing (please be kind to the staff requests, as they do it all for our continued enjoyment!) Rustic cabins located close to the bath house, and large lodges with plumbing for just a bit extra! Wonderful for camping when primitive is not your style.”

“The owner operator of this business is a very intelligent man. He's very resourceful and actually cares about the environment that he works in. I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to just get out and do kayaking for the first time, or get in a canoe for their 50th time. It's a very pleasant three mile canoe ride down the river. And we even got a ride back. The time we called him he was there within 5 minutes that's impressive in my book.”

“I love this park for my kids. Sure it's a little old but it is so neat and it's all wood. Also it has so many things for your little ones to do and it's not all trashy and falling apart. I would highly recommend to bring the kiddos on a nice day. They will love it! It's even got a basketball court for older kids too.”

“The perfect splash pad for your little ones super cute and spacious my kids had such a blast they have a huge water pail that topples over after it’s filled all the way to the top also I really enjoyed their park music they’re playing it suited perfectly for the park and summer season I must say this is probably one of my most fave splash pads also located in a very safe neighborhood beautiful area”
