This guy's have all the phones. Went to 7stores. Some were rude. But this store had the phones that me and my wife were looking for thanks guys. Hector was great.

Everyone here is amazing right now. You walk in and they know you by name. To me this is what makes service. Someone who is mentally THERE and not going through the motions. This is my favorite pizza joint.

So I have to share this story because it was just such a rare experience to have at a restaurant.

We've been going to the East of Chicago in Ossian for awhile now. Nothing new, same good pizza. Same good people.

The other day my family went in to sit down and have a meal. The owner has always been extra friendly with us and my young daughter. But today the owner saw that my daughter wasn't eating. No specific reason, the terrible twos are sitting in hard and she's just extra picky. Well the owner saw this, and went out of her way to make a plate of spaghetti for my daughter. She thought that maybe my daughter didn't like what we had ordered and wanted to get her something else.

We don't know the owner that well which made this experience so much better. It's not like we've been friends for years and she's just helping out again. She is just legitimately a good person and goes out of her way to be friendly with people. We always said we liked East of Chicago in Ossian but this nails the point home.
