“My application was recieved. I was given a tour of the place. Was told there was central air, which worked perfectly as I was moving in the middle of August with young kids however after I moved in found out that was incorrect. I did not have central air. I finally got my keys but felt like I had to continually hound for keys and information to get moved in and to get the portal to pay my rent. The communication isn't the greatest but once I got in and got settled it's been a smooth process and haven't had any issues since.”

“We've lived here for almost a year now and all things considered it a pretty nice place to live! It's quiet, most everyone is friendly, and it's very well kept. Management makes sure everyone's lawn stays cut, trimmed, and there aren't a bunch kids bikes and toys cluttering up. And they're Fair about enforcing the park rules! The lot rent is very reasonable and garbage pickup in included with the Water bill. This is a very comfortable place to live, a place where you can let your kids go out and play without worrying to much, and a place that has a Genuine sense community about it!”
