Dylan is a wizard and very accommodating in helping a big guy like myself adjust moves. I hate traditional exercise so when I heard about their 6 week challenge I was stoked. I received lots of help and encouragement from not only coaches but long time students in completing the challenge. I dropped a bit over 13lbs in the 6 weeks!
