“First time, drive thru order at this location. I just wanted to say the night crew working 7/28/22 at 10:50 PM (receipt says “Sidel”) were top tier. Both guys at each window were super nice and efficient. I was surprised that the intercom guy asked about the app code. I wasn’t planning on using it for the sake of time. Then the second window guy was quick to fix our fries and was cool about it. I actually had a lot of sauce for my chicken nuggets and the fries were perfectly salted. Tbh this was actually probably the best customer service I’ve had in a long time with ANY McDonald’s location. So kudos and great job for these two! Y’all were awesome tonight and I hope y’all are recognized. Complaints are easy to write about but if something good happens, then compliments should be as equally given.”

“My visit was great overall. The pizza is much better than a slightly cheaper competitor that has a buffet. I love the salad bar but if eating healthy isn’t your thing then you must have some fried chicken, and mashed potatoes with chicken gravy. Chicken so big, good tasting, and moist that a certain competitor needs more than herbs and spices to think of competing. As an added perk our Kids love making root beer floats with the included ice cream also. Food is a big part of the equation, but honestly even more important is the cleanliness I see each time I visit. That cleanliness extends to the eating areas, behind the counters, outside the building, and inside the restrooms. You possibly could save a buck or two elsewhere at another big chain pizza buffet. For us we would have a bit of a drive so it’s way cheaper stopping here anyway. Let it be known this pizza isn’t the same as Giodano’s awesome pizza in Chicago. Albeit, last time I vacationed In Chicago it cost me a $50 note for a couple pies and nothing extra. Pizza Ranch cost me about the same today for myself and 6 little kiddos whom ate a very large variety of food and drinks. It is in my opinion for a family outing I would choose Pizza Ranch every time when it comes to good tasting, quality food, in a kid friendly restaurant that doesn’t feel, and smell nasty like others do. I do love their attention to detail all around. Go Pizza Ranch!”

“I think I have a new favorite restaurant. An old fifties diner that looks brand new. There aren't many restaurants left who take actual pride in their craft, but this is one of them. I haven't seen a banana split made so meticulously since the old Dairy Queen diner in Council Bluffs closed down twenty years ago. Even my wife, the snobbiest of food snobs, was impressed. Can't wait to take her here on a date here, will come back as often as possible.”

“Love this place! Excellent food, will def be back! I accidentally sat at a table and they waited on me, when I was supposed to order from the bar when I walked in. I felt horrible when I figured this out, but they didn't make a big deal about it or anything. Thank you for being so nice! Other places would have probably been snooty about a mistake like this :)”
