“Stopped in to have a bite with the hubby and family pooch. There are 2 picnic tables in the center of the play area. It was clean there. The grass stays mowed and also looks well weed-eat-ed. There is a beautifully thought out flower garden as you come in from the west side. . . ( GORGEOUS ) . . . And then. . Bum..Bum...BUMMM. . . Trash 🗑️, Litter , and I mean not your typical child things that get missed here and there, but Adult trash as well 😠I would like to think, ( but that is what has gotten is here ) that if one would take so much pride in how this property looks, why would one not maintain the debris? 😞 ***BEAUTIFUL!!***. . . ( from the street ) . . . 😱”

“Not a walk in the park and not for the weak of heart, it is a Wildlife area. I was there in May of 2017 after a week of rain. The river was up and so the waterflow was dangerous for even adults. The path to the river was overgrown with poison ivy. Still, I enjoyed the walk with my dog, spotting wildflowers on the way and catching fleeting glances of deer. Had to steer clear of dead carp that escaped from a pond, who didn't make it all the way to the the river and freedom.”

“Great place to walk. The recent improvements are fantastic. My only issues with it is the trail needs to be a little wider. Everyone has their own pace of walking, and it's difficult to pass people just out for a stroll. Also would like to see a hydrant installed for filling water bottles. All in all, 5 stars ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“We had never been there before that day. The park was lovely eventhough that day the temperature was 103 in the park that day. Since it was a funeral in the open air the heat was one more bad thing in an already bad day. That we were able to see the beauty, clearness, and serenity of the park under the circumstances was amazing.”

“Such a great experience, being around all those birds. Milt and Rosemary's sanctuary is a must see!”
