Roach complaints should really be dismissed, like any neighborhood, if you have roaches maybe look at yourself and figure it out, we have never had roaches and the people I know have never had roaches. It’s not hard to just follow the stated rules, when people don’t want to follow rules then you have to answer for that. Management will come knocking when you decide not to follow, you can’t blame a Manager for doing what they were hired to do.”
