(January 10, 2019, 6:01 pm)Today I had Anthony's Heating and Plumbing come out today to do the annual check on my plumbing and to look at one of my shower faucets.....I am very pleased with the service Ryan gave me. He was very knowledgeable and answered any questions I had. I recommend Anthony's Heating & Plumbing to anyone needing work done on their heating, cooling or plumbing. Very friendly people each time I have called them. Very happy customer!!!
(December 31, 2018, 8:55 pm)Scheduling was easy and pleasant. All were courteous. Communication was good finalizing service time.
Got quotes on 5 jobs and all seemed high so we elected to do the most urgent job.
Technician was polite and knowledgeable. Had a small issue with mud tracking but we got that cleaned up. The technician worked through a tough issue with a seized valve and stayed late to finish. Was definitely worth the $370 on that job.
Not certain the other jobs quoted were a good value.

Their customer interaction software was the best I've ever seen. Highly recommend for routine or emergency services!

Their scheduling representatives are prompt, personable and clear. They follow-through on confirming and delivering service within a reasonable time frame on the date of service. Every repairman who has served me from this company has been very clean-cut, well-groomed, articulate, responsive to issues and able to explain options and reasons for service in an intelligent manner. They are able to address offers available for repairs and replacements but NEVER hard-sell. Chris just completed my furnace checkup today. He was competent, friendly in a professional way, helpful in advising me and willing to go through replacement options I am considering. He also went out of his way to make sure I understood how to use the thermostat and replace the batteries, which wasn't on my radar. I really appreciate Anthony Plumbing Heating & Cooling.
(December 5, 2018, 11:30 am)We depend on Anthony Heating every year to check our furnace. Today Chris Peterson arrived at our home with a wonderful smile and a professional manner to check our heating. Our furnace is old but he examined every inch of it to make sure it is safe and functioning properly. We wish not to replace it at this time and he reassured us that in the future it would be necessary but not now. The service contract is great. We will introduce Anthony to new buyers of our house in the future. Over the years, we have depended on Anthony for heating, AC, and plumbing. We highly recommend Anthony!!
