Anyway it did get here and I was able to get my truck back on the road after trying two other pumps from O'Reilly's that were both DOA. I'm just going to get my parts from Toyota going forward it's worth a few extra bucks to avoid headaches.”

While the battery check was inconclusive, given my alternator was working, I decided on my own to have the battery replaced because I didn't want to be stranded with a car that didn't start. They were great at replacing the battery, which in my case, required the removal and replacement of car frame parts to get to and remove the battery. They were very busy with other business deliveries and I appreciated them getting my battery replaced in about 30 mins. Please like my review if you found it helpful!!”

“First, my new Triumph Scrambler 1200XE is Amazing! My 20th (or so) bike but my first Triumph and I have been super impressed with attention to detail, overall quality of paint, fit and finish. Second, Troy and Lucas were great to work with. Lucas is the man to get with for Triumph because he knows all the details cold. Don't you hate when sometimes your sales person doesn't know the bikes? Lucas is different! He's a rider and he knows his stuff. Nick, the sales manager, also was very nice and made my experience really great. I will go back there next time I plan to buy a bike. Full disclosure: When you see their bike prices, the number is before fees. Just keep that in mind as you shop and compare.”

I just needed a new battery and they were thorough with my options, what I already had installed, and what my best option would be. They also went out of their way to check my right wheel bearing and let me know I would have to change that in the future! “Not gonna lie when I was messaged that they was gonna reschedule the appointment it upset me but thanks to the service manager and the dedication of the service shop team they kept the appointment and took care of my car.
