“Just wanted to give a quick review to the maintenance man Nick. My husband and I were locked outside of our apartment at 9 pm at night. We called maintenance and at first we didn’t get any response for an hour or so. Then finally after an hour the maintenance manger Nick called and was able to finally come and help us get back inside. He was very polite and so helpful. He apologized that we had to wait so long.
