“Asst Manager Mike M. At the 151st and 69 highway location Searched for over a week for the load rated tires I needed for my trailer. He put them on in the rain as it could not be put in the bays. I had them look at my service van at same time. Mechanic Mike H. Did a thorough inspection and Explained in extreme detail everything that needed to be done. He did a great job on my alignment, front shocks, ball joints and The heavy duty brakes that he recommended for my van are awesome!! They stop that service van fully loaded with the trailer fully loaded On A Dime! In a span of a few weeks after I’ve had my wife’s and my son’s vehicles worked on. Manager Rob J., Sales rep Lora T. “My Prius C4 showed the ‘replace battery pack’ code a couple of weeks ago. I took it to O’Reilly’s and it was confirmed. Then took it straight to Toyota, but didn’t get the work done there ($3,000). I also took it to another mechanic to make sure it wasn’t the electric motor or head gasket. I was nervous about spending so much money. After much online research (and cleaning the filter under the backseat) decided to replace the battery pack through Greentec Auto. When I. Called and spoke to John, he was extremely knowledgeable about hybrids and hybrid batteries. I even called and asked to speak to one of the mechanics that worked on my car, and he was very polite and informative in telling me all the things they checked first before replacing the battery. I placed the order for the battery, they built and installed it, and my car was back on the road and runs great again. The warrantee is also fantastic. I have peace of mind knowing that if anything goes wrong with the reconditioned battery the replacement process is quick. Thank you Greentec Auto for saving me $1,000 and for your excellent customer service!”

So, I looked into Tire Town after hearing good things and I am very happy with their work! “I've been working with Craig for several years on vehicle issues. He has been nothing but fair and well priced under any comparing local quotes. Even if you can find a cheaper quote, Craig would happily work with you or explain to you why it may be different. His shop has fixed issues with an older Nissan 350Z and a Lexus LS430. I've had nothing but fantastic experiences. Its been years since the repairs with no issues. Whoever posted the negative comment is out of their mind. I've also known the family for 15+ years and I've never seen Craig be vulgar, violent or confrontational. By all means, he will respectfully not let a customer take advantage of him, but he would never take advantage of a customer. Craig is a proud family man that has absolutely no reason, need or desire to take advantage of people. It sounds like that kid is the disrespectful type that screams at retail or restaurant employees hoping managers don't want to deal with him and give him free stuff. No one wants that kind of business but sadly that customer found an honest shop to attempt to take advantage of.”
