They were prompt in setting up the initial appointment for a free estimate, and provided the estimate same day during the appointment. They had their installer come and take measurements a second time to ensure they would be correct, which is important with shutters. A previous experience I had with another company in my prior home where they did not take proper measurements led to weeks of extra time without the window coverings as they are custom made- so it was nice that budget blinds was so thorough. The product came & was installed quickly. No issues with a single window fitting properly- and we had 24 windows. The installer worked quickly & efficiently. My parents used them for shutters just after we did & had a similar experience.”
