“Newly renovated. I booked my room though IHG app. I selected the king executive suite Jacuzzi room. Upon check-in the guest services manager explain that there were no longer any jacuzzi suites since the remodel. She was super nice about the whole situation said she understood she's had other people have the same issue I let her know that the IHG app still shows Jacuzzi rooms she said they are working on that as well as all the other travel sites getting that taken care of. The gym area was spacious all the equipment was in great shape. Indoor pool is small but was warm. Breakfast was spot on really nice selection everything that I had tasted fresh a very pleasant staff.”

Take it one step further the gentleman who answered my questions appointment arrival and during service also let me know when the tech found something out side the service that needed addressed and it gave me the ability to have them take care of it tho I may not agree with the amount of the cost of service I am pleased to know there are still helpful people in the world. “I recently had my first appointment at this location and it was an awesome experience. The staff was very friendly from the moment I called to let them know I had arrived. I felt like everything was running like a well oiled machine. I appreciated that Donna was willing to help me pick out some new glasses. Even though she then would have to go through and sanitize each one I deemed unworthy. She did it all with a smile and a great attitude. I was super blown away when I found out they could make my glasses the same day and I had them in no time. I got to wear them out. I've never not had to wait at least a week for my glasses. (I'm sure you may have to wait if they don't have the lenses on hand, but they did for me.)On top of that Mike, the man that fit my glasses, was very helpful in making sure I knew how to clean and care for my glasses. My stylist advised me to take magnesium for hair loss, super down to earth and nice to chat with and listen to how to cut hair. :) They are a little pricey for a wash, cut and dry. We paid $80 for myself and my daughter. $88 with tip. Their after cut styling is a little retro but it was a fun day and they're good people. I look forward to going again!”

His most welcoming entrance gave me confidence in his professional skill as a Doctor. He was thorough in reviewing my medical records, compassionate of my condition, and understood my extreme pain. His pleasant humor gave jolly to my state of fear of my condition. He said, if I recall correctly, “you have a bad light.” But most important, he asked me, “do you want it fixed.” I replied overjoyed, “yes, I want it fixed.” No time to waste—paper work processed from his office to my Primary Doctor immediately. My Primary Doctor not knowing Dr. Nevins was elated to know that he was ready to help me. She even expedited the approval for surgery right after my appointment with her.
