  We have an older home and with that home come the usual problems. I walked by my dinning room this morning and noticed the chandelier had literally fallen out of the ceiling and was hanging by the wires. A quick panicked phone call to Dean and he was on his way.
  I bought a new light fixture and Bill replaced the old one--making sure the ceiling box was strong enough to hold the new fixture.. He also took a few minutes to replace a broken part on a ceiling fan-- $10 fix vs buying a new ceiling fan.
  We always call Bill Dean for electrical and plumbing... Always responds and if he can't come right away he gives an accurate time for when he will be there. MIchelle

  I would highly recommend Mr. Bill Dean to any and all my friends. He is prompt, professional and very personable. He is very detailed oriented and large or small, there is nothing he cannot fix!

  Great service and care. We've had Bill Dean care for our heating and air conditioning systems for over five years. He's thorough, professional, and dependable. I'd highly recommend him.

  Bill Dean put in a new heating/air conditioning unit in our home several years back and we would just like to say that we were totally satisfied with his total professionalism and thorough work ethic. His attention to detail was beyond our expectations. We would 100% recommend Mr. Dean for any of your mechanical needs. He is always very prompt in responding to our calls for service, which is another plus in this day and age.

  I am happy to recommend Bill for his excellent work. He has kept my old furnace running for the past five years and has installed a new, very efficient air conditioner at my home. Bill has also done rewiring and fixed plumbing in my older home, and keeps an eye out for things needing attention.
