“Hands down the BEST car buying experience I have ever encountered. The website was very detailed! It had the Car fax report and EVEN a YouTube video I could view before deciding on looking at the car in person. Let me tell you, looks can definitely be deceiving! When I first pulled into the parking lot I saw a small little building that looked like a hole in the wall car lot with your typical salesmen that are ready to pounce on you like predator to prey; however, I was greeted by an older, nice gentleman named John. John introduced himself, discussed the history and features of the vehicle, made a quick copy of my license and insurance and my family and I were on our way to test drive the vehicle without having a nagging salesman tagging along. The car ran PERFECT and we knew this was going to be the vehicle. We came back and told John we wanted to purchase the car; however, I did not have all the funds as I was waiting on a check to get mailed to me which would take about a week. John was nice enough to allow me to put down a VERY small down payment to hold the vehicle for me and pay it back once I got the funds. I came back the next week and bought the car. I was literally in and out within 30 minutes. If you want an HONEST, TRUSTWORTHY, GENUINE, place to get a vehicle...this is THE place for you. “Great customer service, value, and quality. My wife and I have been looking to replace her car, which had suddenly stopped working. We were having difficulty finding financing to get a new car regardless of our great credit score. After giving up on private financing, we drove to Leavenworth to two different car dealerships and failed to find value. Before we left town we stopped at Bengies not knowing what we would find but upon looking through the lot we found a car that was exactly what we were looking for. We had a friendly greeting from Bryant and he was quick to tell us information on all of the cars that we were looking at, we requested if we could take one of the cars for a test drive and they happily obliged. “We bought our 2006 Chevy Uplander from here about 2 months ago. When we bought it, it had a cracked windshield and weird shifting issue. We were assured they would fix them. A company came out to replace the windshield (and damaged our radio, but that is a review on that company). We took the car into the dealer for repairs a few times to fix the other issue. They ended up rebuilding the transmission. We thought that fixed the issue but it didn't. We spent almost 2 weeks during the first month with the van in the shop. We are a very busy family and need our car daily so it became a hassle to keep taking it in and the issue not getting fixed. We are coping with the issue until we can have the time to get it looked at elsewhere. I am sure the dealer would offer to continue trying to fix the issue but I can't be without our vehicle anymore. I really wanted to give them a 5 star review because they are really nice and do stand behind their cars but whoever works on their cars is lacking in my eyes and since I have only dealt with the dealer for this issue, they lose a star.”
