“My husband I have tried a couple lots through the years and I will say this was honestly my best experience in 14 plus years. The salesman (Billy) was amazing. My husband was set on wanting a Tacoma. I thought going through the lot I went to last year (Midwest kia) would help. I was told to come in and they double booked my appointment with my husband. Didn't realize they did that they said. They texted and called us from 9 different numbers. It was crazy. All to get there for them to say they don't have the truck we wanted and not only that but that our trade wasn't worth anything and they wanted 5 grand down for something we couldn't even see or test drive. So we left. I then looked up the lot that had the actual truck and it was Midwest superstore. I drove over an hour to this lot and was not disappointed. They were quick, very polite with me having newborn with us to boot. We got approved for the truck my husband wanted for only a grand down and our trade was worth 12 grand to them so that they could get us into payments we could actually afford. I would definitely recommend this lot and they will forever have my families business. Thank you Billy and Midwest superstore. You made my family and I so happy!”

“You can tell by the animals that they are well cared for, and the fact they have a rehab facility for Kansas native species...not just one type of animal...they have a passion for what they do. Just recently they got a new educator that does awesome outreach during birthday parties. Thinking of having my kids volunteer here with me. Get a slushie in the gift shop and take a train ride. Sometimes they do tortoise feedings too. Great FREE!!! place to take your kids but bring some extra cash to make a donation to keep it going.”

I saw Ashely, APRN there and was impressed with her knowledge and was thorough. For basic health needs, or a quick issue I would definitely consider using this facility. “Had a dryer issue. Sean came diagnosed and replaced the part. Customer service was spot on. However, the dryer now does not heat up. After reading the reviews i am going to fix it myself, Amazon is way cheaper for parts if you know how to find your part numbers and are comfortable with taking things apart and replacing parts that wear out. Nothing against the business and definitely nothing wrong with the service provided, it is a simple matter of saving money... unless i burn down the house...”

“This place is fantastic. We've been using their services for 12 years now. The house we moved into had the termite stations and we decided to keep up with it. We eventually also decided to get their mouse traps. We've still had a mouse ot two get in occasionally but it's a far cry from what we used to deal with. So the traps work great and they came by recently with a couple indoor traps for me. Everyone is very professional and I have no complaints about the service after all these years. Highly recommend.”

“CHEAPEST fuel in the robbery pit of Hutchinson. Once upon a time I changed my review to hated. I tried to pay with a debit card with a pin at the pump and it would not let me. At that point I went to the window to pay with my debit card with a pin number. It still would not let me and I had already pumped gas. However, the manager called me to apologize and find out what happened. So, for that I will give a great review!”
