“I am giving 5 stars because I ordered through DD and didn’t receive my sandwich only my kids. I called the store and a lady working there told me she was so sorry and offered to personally drive to my house and give me the sandwich. It was excellent customer service in my eyes because even tho it was her mistake most places would just say sorry and leave it at that. The fact that she was willing to bring it to me is awesome”

“I used to love Wendy's but the price went up and there was not one close to my home. Now that there is one close I have went to this location a few times the employee are rude and not 1 time out of 5 have they ever got my order right. Wendy's has always been a special place for me to eat cuz my grandmother always took me there as a ki. But I guess I will be giving that up. PS wQhen did Wendy's stop giving out mayo that is just crazy. Well so long hope you all can get it together for your other customers”
