  Love this place! I wouldn't go anywhere else. I've never had a bad experience here. I like that the workers help me decide what frames look best for my face. I've ordered contacts several times and always receive them within a few days.

  Fast. Cheap. Good. Nothing to complain about here. Also they had prescription safety glasses in stock which are sometimes hard to find.

  I love this location. Everyone has always been pleasant when I’ve visited. Wendy and Sarha have always been great and helped me find the perfect glasses to fit my face and the whole experience was easy and painless. I have seen a couple different doctors and have never had any issues, and I’ve always gotten the correct prescription. My contacts and glasses have always come in quick and they’ve always been helpful whenever I’ve needed something. I would definitely recommend the Mentor location.

  I went here on the recommendation of a friend who went to this exact location several times. I booked online. They sent plenty of reminders and notifications if an early appointment opened in case I wanted it. When I arrived the receptionist was extremely friendly. I got taken back right away for testing and the guy administering them was also friendly. Then I didn't even sit back down in the waiting area because the doctor took me back right away. My exam was succinct and then I chose glasses. The lady helping me choose frames was also super friendly. Prices were discussed and disclosed clearly. I was in and out in under an hour. Much different than when I was a kid and going to the eye doctor was a 2-3 hour affair. And much better!

  My husband was working in Wichita for 7 months, from the beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic in March thru September, 2020. Of all the places to be stuck during this time, we couldn't have landed in a better one. You find out what a hotel is really like while staying long-term and I have never been as impressed with a hotel as I was with this one. Most importantly, the people who work there are awesome individuals. They are real people with real lives and they treat you like they would a guest in their own home. They'll do everything they can to make your stay enjoyable and they understand that people working away from home appreciate the little things. The facility is clean and they are conscientious about mask-wearing and sanitation. Not once did I feel uncomfortable in my surroundings. I'm indebted to them for their hospitality.

  I really appreciate all of the amenities Candlewood provides for their guests at a price that isn't overwhelming. The staff is friendly, rooms are nice and clean and their checkout time isn't until noon. I love that they have kitchens with dishes, pots and pans, silverware, salt and pepper, cooking items, coffee maker, toaster, microwave and a refrigerator with an.ice maker. In case you may need anything they have an area you can purchase items and have them billed to your room. They also offer washers and dryers where guests can do their laundry at no charge. Feel like cooking out? They have that covered too with very nice grills available and ready to use. They have regular sized shampoo, conditioner and body wash ready to use in the shower and dish soap and dishwasher detergent in the kitchen. They also have a lending cabinet where you can borrow anything from a blender to a board game and a business center for those that might need it. Basically they go above and beyond to help their guests out and to make sure we're happy. I'd say they do a wonderful job.

  Great rooms friendly staff pet friendly no alligators. Kitchenette fully stocked, plus walmart across the st.

  Wonderful staff, clean rooms, and they have everything you need for a nice comfortable stay. I will definitely will stay again.
