This young lady is so talented very multiple task type employee. She answered phone, enter data, cashiered, even assisted other techs. Then came the shots for the wife and I. Lon the Pharmacist was very professional, knowledgeable, and a great sense of humor. Didn't even feel the shot. “I absolutely love Derby Eye Care. Everyone is wonderfully friendly and seem to make it a habit of going out of their way to ensure the best possible care. Recently, a nerf gun war led to a dart in my husband's eye. The pupil went oval and, as it always happens, this was on a Sunday. I was able to call Dr. Banister that day and get advice on what to do. Not only did he help me avoid an urgent care bill, but also gave me an extensive list of what to look out for and what to buy to help him heal. What blew my mind was the text I received later that night, asking how he was. This is how this office operates. Genuine care for their patients. Dr B is amazing, the staff is amazing, and I will always recommend them.”

“Absolutely love this dentist. I began coming here because I was told I had a tongue tie by my previous dentist (who I had a bad experience with and left). I was referred here by a friend due to their work on her infant’s tongue tie. I had that procedure back in August and Carrie did an amazing job with the body work and prep leading up to the release. Then she had great follow up after. I healed beautifully and have noticeable improvements in all kinds of ways (I mumble less, have no more sensitivity in my gums, I don’t have tension in my neck and shoulders like I did, etc). Truly incredible. I’d recommend it to anyone. I have now had 2 cleanings done here since then and they’ve been so kind and gentle with my previous trauma at my last dentist. So I really appreciate that. ALSO they offer holistic and full body solutions to your dental needs which align with my lifestyle of wanting to keep things Natural. He's extremely thorough in explaining what he's doing, and using ananlogies to convey his points about dental care. The rooms look very new and modern and the one I was in overlooks a nice waterfront. Check in/out was extremely quick. I have to say for the first time, I'm actually looking forward to my check up visit(s).”

“I have had a bunch of health problems that basically led to no saliva in my mouth which led to A LOT of cavities...I think around 12? I went in a couple days ago to get eight of the last ones filled and he did an AMAZING job. The gal who numbed me did it right on the first try which I always feel kind of nervous about since the last office never could numb me all the way, (or if they did, I could still feel the pain and the dentist literally told me to just get through it because it “wasn’t that deep..” ) Let me just say that I have been to a not-so-great dentist’s office and Dr.Ty and his whole staff are like a breath of fresh air after that experience. Nothing but kindness, professionalism, and my bite feels surprisingly normal after eight fillings, and if my bite felt somewhat off, he gets you in very fast to fix it. If you are looking for a kid-friendly, professional office with great doctors, this is a gem on the east side of town! Hats off to this office for their excellence in caring for patients! We are so glad we found you!”
