“My only complaint is that these apartments are on a Rural Mail Route. How are apartment buildings well within city limits considered rural. The rural carriers get paid by the route, so they only care about getting done as fast as possible. For me, that means I'm always hunting down my mail from neighbors. When I lived on a City Route before, the City Carriers were FAR superior in providing excellent customer service and getting the correct mail to the correct customer. Maybe the Greens Management can Lobby the Postmaster to change our area to City Mail Delivery, as it should be.”

“We signed up with Visiting Angels last spring for help caring for my grandmother. We had another company before them, the caregivers never called to tell us they would be late, and some just didn't show up. If the caregivers are even 10 minutes late the Visiting Angels team calls us to notify us. We only had that happen two times in the last year and both times caregivers arrived in less than 15 minutes. I know there isn't a perfect system, but this has worked out really well for our family. Gran really enjoys Alexis she is wonderful! She is a nursing student and is so excited to make the one on one connection with her, she will make an exceptional nurse one day!!! “They are always so nice and very helpful. If you need to they will be willing to help with still damp clothes. After I found them, I had been looking for a nice clean place that takes CC since I very rarely have cash. The speed queen app they use is very good at helping you start your own washer and dryer. They also carry any supplies you might need if you forget something. Like last time I forgot I was out of dryer sheets and they had them. I will only use them for my laundry needs.”
