“Bought my first battery here when I was in high school, and that was 35 years ago. Same location, same owner with the same great attitude and the best customer service you’ll find, same great quality batteries. I can’t say the same price because it’s gone up around $5 to $10 over the last 35 years. But that’s not much of a increase over that amount of time. So I’ll say still the same unbelievably low price. I started out living about 5 miles from this place but over the years I’ve lived as far as 60 miles away. I have always driven the extra miles to buy batteries from here. I will usually save around $75 to $100 or more, depending on the vehicle I’m putting it in. His batteries are sometimes in high demand so you should call ahead to make sure he has one that fits your vehicle. I was told no only once but two days later he had what I needed. And out of approximately 25 batteries, I returned only one and it was still under warranty. He apologized, replaced it and it like all the rest it lasted years past the warranty period. Whenever I hear someone talking about needing a battery, I always tell them about Budget Battery and the friendly one man crew that runs it all. He’ll answer your questions, give advice on any problem, even come out to your car and help you fix it. He even throws in a quick story on occasion, all of it with a smile on his face.”
