The menu is like a normal Mexican place. The food was the best I've had here in Ark City. The staff was friendly and attentive even though it was busy. Really decent meal experience if you are up for a casual dinner.”

“Rockin Ricos has the best snowcones ever. No joke! The ice in the snowcone is perfectly shredded and I almost never have chunks of ice unlike other places I've been too. There is plenty of flavor in the snowcone and it coats the ice all the way through rather than it sinking to the bottom or sticking at the top. They have good service as well, highly recommend!”

“One of my go to spots when we come up to Kansas from now on! It's your typical burger joint with offerings of burgers and some fried chicken options (sandwich, fingers) and a few salads but the free shake upgrade sells it for this out-of-towner. As with most burger joints, especially after the afternoon rush, the dining area was a bit messy when we entered but we soon saw someone hustling around wiping up tables and cleaning the floors. The food came out fast but not too fast to make me believe it was premade, so points for that. And the service from our first cashier was excellent while the second was a bit subpar. But the portions for the ice cream cones were out of this world! Definitely a stop if you have kids!”

“The staff is quick, efficient and polite. My six year old loves seeing and feeding their fish in the pond and that they have kid friendly foods such as his favorite chicken nuggets and macaroni. The food never disappoints. Usually we eat here on a week day or for lunch, but trying their Friday night Crab, specialty sushi rolls, and hibachi and so much more has really raised the bar. I don't think I will be satisfied with another buffet after eating here tonight. Everything tasted great and food on the buffet was constantly being replenished where needed. I couldn't be bothered to get more pictures as the food was too appetising to be left on the plate. 5 stars!”

“First time visiting this place today and had great food and great fun with a group of friends. We ended up staying for literally about 3 hours because it wasn't a busy time for them. Regarding service there, it is self order, in that you go up to the counter, place your order and then they bring it out to you when it's ready. We had quite a variety of food at our table and I think everyone agreed what they had was really good. Very well priced. We had a lovely young woman take our orders and the whole atmosphere couldn't have been more comfortable and welcoming. Plus it smells great in there! They have a big area outside that even has a stage so I'm guessing on weekends and or some weekend evenings there is entertainment. I'm sure the local Eudora folks appreciate having such a great place. Well worth the drive!”

“When they say authentic they mean it! So hot, fresh, and delicious! There was a variety of Mexican sodas. We ordered chips and salsa. The salsa was a spicy avocado cream. They had a variety of kid friendly options (yeah, our kid had to have the chicken nuggets with rice). My husband had the quesabirrias. If you have never had them they are fantastic. It is a tortilla with shredded beef tons of cheese. Fried on both side. You dip it in yummy sauce! I had the fried rolled tacos (flautas) the ground beef had tons of flavor and seasonings. The beans were fresh and had great flavor. The rice was very good. Overall amazing food. I highly recommend if you love great food with amazing flavors!”

“I'd recommend this place to anyone who wants a casual, fun diner experience, which is what my rating is based on (if you're in a hurry calling ahead is probably a good idea). As of now they have breakfast (coffee, scrambled eggs, french toast, bacon etc.), lunch, and dinner (mostly sandwiches/burgers), ice cream, shakes and baked goods, like pie. I've been a few times and I'm glad to have them as an option! I've always found that the staff is cool and aims to please. It's independently-owned-and-operated and a family business, so if you like that cause, that's just another reason to go/give them a try.”

“My club sandwich was really good, the potato salad was excellent. Drinks were delicious, pool is free, even met some new people. The staff was very good, attentive without being annoying and very sweet. We did have one complaint when my girls baked potato was undercooked enough to be crunchy but the waitress didnt bat an eye and replaced it to go for us. So even my one slightly negative about the kitchen was quickly turned into a plus by the waitress. The second potato was much better. A few things that I’ve enjoyed eating at this place would be how reasonably priced their food is, how cute and innovative the way they keep your hot pot cooking while sitting at your table, and the sauce bar! They allowed substitutions with no hesitations, for example I ordered the Seafood pot and subbed my pork with more mussels instead and they were totally fine with it! The broth was flavorful the seafood was plentiful! I will say, be cautious with how you mix your sauces because thing can go tasting funky fast (my own fault) haha! The best thing which I feel really bad about, was how late we stayed there. All in all, I WANT to come back here! 10/10 recommend”

“The Hub. It’s been in development for awhile and I’ve been patiently waiting. That seems to be key. It took about 1:15 to get our food. That being said, it was their opening week, so getting the kinks worked out deserves some grace. The ambience was fresh and clean, very cool vibe. The food was overall very good. We ordered the bread with dips, which was the only description, it was a heavy garlic butter and a bacon cream cheese. Not exactly what we’d expect but pretty good. For the pizzas we ordered the meat (porky) and buffalo chicken. Those were both solid! The beer wall was well appointed and first timers get a tutorial. Overall it was a good experience, once they get their flow down I’d happily go five stars. Happy to have something like this nearby, tons of potential.”

“First time going to Sugar Shane’s Cafe. I ordered the fish taco with seasoned rice, husband got chicken fry with mashed potatoes and gravy, side salad and ordered coconut shrimp and fried pickles. Everything was delicious! Staff was young, but very attentive and best service we’ve had in a long time in these days of restaurants being short staffed. Will definitely go back!”
