“I have lived here 12 years and this is the best the park has been managed. The new owners have jumped right in with positive changes and my wife Manages the park. Roach complaints should really be dismissed, like any neighborhood, if you have roaches maybe look at yourself and figure it out, we have never had roaches and the people I know have never had roaches. It’s not hard to just follow the stated rules, when people don’t want to follow rules then you have to answer for that. Management will come knocking when you decide not to follow, you can’t blame a Manager for doing what they were hired to do.”

“I've lived in Harper Woods for 5 years. Overall, it's a nice, well kept, quiet place to live. I own my mobile home so I can't really speak for maintenance. The manager Grace has always been kind and helpful with any problem or questions I've had. The lot rent does increase every year. But, as an intelligible adult. I know that it's not Grace making these decisions. And it's not just the mobile home park. This happens no matter where you live ( apartment, house, mobile home etc). Rules do change from time to time. But, again, I realize this comes from corporate. Personally, I've never had any problems with any office staff since I've lived here. But, I adhere to the rules.”
